JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following:Conduct market research and analysisAssist in the preparation of financial analysis, models, investment memoranda and presentationsSupport the due diligence processMonitor the performance of existing investments Collaborate with cross-functional teamsLearning Outcomes:Gain strong understanding of data centre investment life cycleUnderstand drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for deals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Strong analytical and quantitative skills2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills3) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Excel, PowerPoint and Word4) Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team6) Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends
