iOS Development Lead

Job Title: iOS Development Lead
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled iOS development lead with 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading the delivery of scalable iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in iOS application architecture, particularly MVVM, along with experience integrating content management systems (CMS) and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality iOS mobile applications.
Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using MVVM architecture.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to define app requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
Integrate mobile applications with CMS platforms and backend systems via REST APIs.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and application security guidelines.
Mentor and guide junior developers and development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through testing and debugging.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Participate in release planning, sprint estimations, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:
8 years of experience in iOS application development
Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C
Extensive experience with MVVM architecture
Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Foundation
Experience with version control tools such as Git
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role
