Lead/Senior Functional Consultant - Infor WMS Consultant

We are looking for a skilledInfor WMS Functional Consultant to serve as the lead hands-on implementer for an active multi-site Infor WMS rollout, covering every deployment phase from planning and design through configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve favorable business results
• Manage implementation efforts and configure the Infor WMS application in a Functional Consultant capacity
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, spanning initial planning through go-live and ongoing support
• Handle configuration validation and documentation, including inbound/outbound/inventory test scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover readiness, UAT defect resolution, and high-volume operational testing
• Advise clients on best practices spanning warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management, RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and cycle counting
• Set priorities independently and adapt quickly within a fast-changing environment with minimal oversight
• Produce work that satisfies or surpasses client quality standards, ensuring proper quality controls and solutions tailored to client needs
• Navigate ambiguous situations to bring clarity and structure to project delivery, applying a flexible approach that creates real impact for the client's business
• Develop capabilities, best-practice know-how, and skillsets within client teams
• Build respect and trust among EPAM and client colleagues through dependable, supportive collaboration
• Promote teamwork to boost performance across client and EPAM teams, staying receptive to diverse perspectives and input
• Spot opportunities to proactively cultivate strategic relationships at the individual, account, and organizational levels

Requirements

• 5-12 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager level, or 4+ years of dedicated Infor WMS experience
• Proven expertise implementing Infor WMS across sectors like Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing
• Solid grasp of end-to-end WMS business functions
• Supply chain experience gained at major global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, or CPG distributors
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, with recognition as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree required; further education is a plus
