Lead/Senior Functional Consultant - Infor WMS Consultant

We are looking for a seasonedInfor WMS Functional Consultant to serve as the primary hands-on implementer for an ongoing multi-site Infor WMS rollout, covering all deployment phases such as planning, design, configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve positive business results
• Manage implementation efforts and configure the Infor WMS application in the capacity of Functional Consultant
• Own the complete lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, spanning from initial planning through implementation and post-go-live support
• Facilitate configuration validation and evidence gathering, representative inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover preparation, UAT defect resolution, and high-volume operational testing
• Advise clients on best practices spanning warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management, RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting
• Independently determine task priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment without oversight
• Produce work that satisfies or surpasses client quality standards, guaranteeing suitable quality controls along with fitting outcomes, deliverables, and solutions for client requirements
• Navigate ambiguity to bring clarity and structure across the project delivery lifecycle, applying an adaptable approach that creates meaningful impact for the client's business
• Develop capability, best-practice competencies, and skillsets within client teams
• Cultivate respect and trust among EPAM and client colleagues through dependable and supportive collaboration
• Promote teamwork to boost performance across client and EPAM teams, staying receptive to diverse perspectives and inputs
• Spot opportunities to proactively cultivate strategic relationships at the individual, account, and organizational levels

Requirements

• 5-12 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager grade, or alternatively 4+ years of dedicated Infor WMS experience
• Proven expertise deploying Infor WMS within sectors like Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing
• Solid grasp of end-to-end WMS business functions
• Supply chain experience gained at major global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, and CPG distributors
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, recognized as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree mandatory; further education is a plus
