We are looking for anOracle Specialist with strong functional expertise inOracle Cloud HCM configuration and customization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR business processes, configuring HCM functionality, customizing workflows and approval hierarchies, and supporting reporting, testing, and troubleshooting within Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintainOracle Cloud HCM functionality based on business and HR requirements.

  • CustomizeHCM workflows, approval rules, and approval hierarchies.

  • Collaborate withHR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to define and refine business requirements.

  • Translate HR business needs into effectiveOracle HCM configurations and solutions.

  • Create and maintain reporting solutions usingOracle BI tools, SQL, or other analytics platforms.

  • Provide functional troubleshooting and debugOracle Cloud HCM configurations.

  • Create and executetest cases for system and functional validation.

  • Support data imports, data validation, and related HCM processes.

  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience working with Oracle.

  • Strong functional experience withOracle Cloud HCM.

  • Hands-on experience withOracle HCM configuration and customization.

  • Experience configuringworkflows, approval rules, and approval hierarchies.

  • Strong understanding ofHR/HCM business processes.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and working directly withHR and business stakeholders.

  • Experience troubleshooting and debuggingOracle HCM configurations and functional issues.

  • Experience withSQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI tools, and reporting solutions.

  • Understanding ofOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services such asSOAP and REST APIs.

  • Hands-on experience withFBDI or similar Oracle data import processes.

  • Ability to create and executetest cases for system validation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Strong English communication skills - MinimumB2 level proficiency
