Senior Backend Engineer (Google Ads)

We are looking for aSenior Backend Developer with experience inGoogle Ads Integration and strong expertise inPython andPostgreSQL. The role requires familiarity withRedis,AWS, andDatadog, as well as a good understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with non-technical teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable asking questions, clarifying requirements, and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience asBackend Engineer, including working withPythonforat least 1–2 years hands-on recently

• Experience withGoogle Ads Integration

• Experience withcachingsystems such asRedis

• Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development flow, with tools likeClaude Code or Codex

• Strong proficiency inPostgreSQL

• Be familiar withAWS

• Experience using Datadog or other monitoring tools

• Knowledge in RabbitMQ or Kafka, hands-on experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Kubernetes

• Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
