Are you passionate about finding top talent and building strong candidate pipelines? We're looking for aGerman-Speaking Talent Sourcing Officer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across multiple European markets.

In this regional role, you'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across different countries, helping to attract and engage top German-speaking talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Do

• Source and engage active and passive German-speaking candidates across multiple European markets.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent pipelines.

• Provide talent market insights and competitor intelligence to support hiring decisions.

• Track sourcing performance metrics and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

• Promote our employer brand through targeted candidate engagement and networking activities.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and advanced English.

• Previous experience sourcing German-speaking talent.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.

• Experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Agency recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
