Investor Relations Analyst

Location: South Jordan, UT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Duration: 12-month contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Investor Relations Analyst to support client relations and operational complaint resolution within a financial services environment. This role involves researching client complaints, preparing written responses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, and collaborating with business partners to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines.

• Collaborate with field personnel, operations teams, and management to investigate, escalate, and resolve client concerns.

• Develop effective working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and writing standards.

• Provide coverage for client-facing telephone lines at least one day per week, handling incoming calls and inquiries professionally.

• Support additional operational functions, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.

• Manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and client service.

Qualifications

• Excellent grammar, composition, and written communication skills.

• Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Knowledge of the brokerage industry, financial services, or banking operations is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive client matters professionally.

• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and self-motivation.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
