Position Summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Inventory / Stock Control Operator for a full-time overnight opportunity with a leading local employer.

This position plays an important role in keeping inventory and production operations running smoothly. The Inventory / Stock Control Operator will move inventory and packaging materials throughout the facility, supply materials to production areas, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure warehouse and work-in-process areas remain organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and distribute inventory and packaging materials to designated work-in-process (W.I.P.) areas.

• Return completed goods and materials from W.I.P. areas back to inventory.

• Locate and verify materials using pull sheets.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

• Supply packaging materials to production and operational areas.

• Perform cycle counts and report inventory shortages or discrepancies.

• Complete pre-use inspections of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

• Report equipment issues or needed repairs.

• Maintain clean, organized, and debris-free inventory and W.I.P. areas.

• Follow all company safety procedures, GMP requirements, and workplace regulations.

• Complete required documentation accurately and legibly.

• Work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous inventory, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.

• Forklift and/or pallet jack experience preferred.

• Valid forklift certification required.

• Prior Material Handler experience is a plus, but not required.

• Basic math skills.

• Ability to read, write, and complete documentation accurately.

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• Ability to regularly walk, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, stretch, and climb.

• Knowledge of GMP and MSDS is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
