Inventory Lead

TheInventory Lead is responsible for providing financial support to a business unit. Identifies areas where the business is not performing according to plan. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, business conditions, and other related areas. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information is recorded accurately.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock10%

MUV & WOs follow up10%

Identify slow‑moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.10%

PI lead20%

Develop reorder points, safety stock, and economic order quantities10%

Support process improvements to reduce waste and improve accuracy.10%

Prepare inventory performance reports for management10%
Other duties as assigned.

About You:

Education:
Bachelor or university degree, Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
MBA preferred

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in similar position, knowledge of JDE as ERP
Deep knowledge of financial analysis and planning (FP&A)
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail.
