Job Description:
Role Overview:
- Receive, track, disposition, and distribute laboratory samples across sites or ship to external facilities.
- Maintain accurate sample inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate sample movement, storage, and shipments.
 
Responsibilities:

• Receive, document, and track incoming laboratory samples in electronic sample management systems.
• Verify sample information, ensure data accuracy, and maintain complete chain-of-custody documentation.
• Process, organize, and route samples for testing, storage, and shipment based on project requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery of samples to internal laboratories and designated storage locations.
• Prepare, package, and ship samples to external testing facilities in accordance with applicable handling and temperature-control requirements.
• Receive and distribute external sample shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
• Maintain sample inventory records and support compliance with laboratory quality and documentation standards.
