Kenvue is recruiting for a Global Inventory & COGS Accounting Sr Analyst for its Supply Chain Finance team. This role is part of Supply Chain Finance with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Principle, Inventory, Costing, and Currency (PICC) team.Ā The Inventory & COGS Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvueās inventory valuation accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.Ā Ā

Key Responsibilities:Ā
Process responsibilities:Ā
- Support the team in all activities related to inventory & COGS accounting, ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation of all inventory transactions globally.Ā Ā
- Own monthly inventory & COGS close coordination & completionĀ
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.Ā
- Support the team with any audit requests raised from the Legal Entity Controllership team.Ā
- Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.Ā
- Generate ideas, foster and implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing processes, automation, reducing wasted time and pursuing process efficiency opportunities.Ā
- Provide comments on balance sheet and P&L variances for regional and global groups.Ā
- Leadership in the development of assistants and analysts in the Inventory & COGS area.Ā

- Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.Ā
- Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve āadequateā internal and external audit ratings.Ā

QualificationsĀ Ā
- A minimum of a bachelorās level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.Ā
Languages:āÆāÆĀ
- Fluent English, other language skills desirableĀ
Experience and Skills:Ā
Required:Ā
- Experience in accountingĀ
- US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrableĀ
- Experience in SAP (FI, MM, CO) and Blackline (preferred).Ā
- Proficiency in Excel, and other Microsoft toolsĀ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ā
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.Ā
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams.Ā
- Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlinesāÆĀ
- Experience in Inventory and COGS accounting department desirableāÆĀ
- Experience in supporting audit processes preferred.Ā Ā
- Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologiesāÆĀ
