About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedQuality Assurance / DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in bothfunctional and automation testing, who thrives in agile environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and executeautomated and manual test cases across backend, UI, and database layers.
• Performintegration testing for REST/SOAP APIs andevent-driven systems using Kafka or MQ.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers toanalyse requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conductregression testing, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute toCI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices to streamline testing and deployment.
• Championagile testing best practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in bothfunctional and automation testing.
• Strong proficiency inbackend, UI, and database testing.
• Experience testingREST/SOAP services andKafka/MQ-based applications.
• Solid understanding ofrequirements analysis,test case creation,regression   testing, anddefect tracking.
• Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient inJava or Kotlin.
• Experience with build tools likeMaven orGradle.
• Hands-on experience withBDD testing frameworks.
• Cloud based qualification.
• AI/Copilot
