Accenture’sStrategy & Consulting – Insurance team in Belgium works with leading local and international insurers to help them transform their business and technology landscapes.

As aManagement Consulting Intern, you will join project teams and support consultants in delivering high‑impact consulting work. This internship offershands‑on exposure to management consulting in the insurance industry while building stronganalytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
💼 What you’ll do
During your internship, you will actively support consulting teams on client projects while learning how management consulting engagements are delivered:
- 📊 Support management consulting projects for insurance clients acrossstrategy, operations, and digital transformation
- 🧠 Assist in transformation initiatives throughanalysis, documentation, and implementation support
- 🔍 Conductmarket research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support insights and recommendations
- 📑 Help prepareclient‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses, and workshop materials
- ⚙️ Support functional or delivery‑oriented activities (e.g. business analysis, testing support, product owner assistance), depending on project needs
- 🤝 Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and follow‑up ofclient workshops and working sessions
- 🔄 Support implementation activities, including testing support, change documentation, and basic functional configuration
- 🌐 Collaborate withcross‑functional Accenture teams, including technology and delivery specialists
- 📚 Build awareness ofinsurance industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies
- 🚀 Contribute tointernal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and team activities within the Insurance practice
- 🔍 What we’re looking for
🎓 Education
- Currently pursuing aMaster’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
🧠 Skills & interests
- Stronganalytical mindset with good problem‑solving and structuring skills
- Interest inmanagement consulting,insurance, anddigital or IT‑enabled transformations
- Ability to quickly understand new business concepts and processes
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
🌍 Languages
- Fluent in English
- Dutch and/or French is a strong asset
