Within theHR Data Office, the HR Data Analytics team is responsible for transforming HR data into reliable, harmonized, and actionable insights that support decision-making, HR performance, and organizational transformation.

In an environment where HR data is generated across multiple countries, functions, and systems, the team plays a key role in establishing a common and robust view of HR indicators. This includes avoiding duplication, ensuring consistent definitions, improving KPI consistency, and establishing asingle source of truth at Group level.

The team acts as a key link betweenbusiness requirements, HR processes, Group tools, data governance, and business applications.

Its mission extends beyond report production. The team contributes to building a structured HR data function capable of supporting bothday-to-day operational requirements and strategic challenges related to management, workforce anticipation, and organizational transformation.

The role will work in an international environment and will support HR data requirements for countries and regions outside France.


Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to theInternational HR Report Specialist Manager and working closely with theHR Data & Process Governance team, the International HR Report Specialist will be responsible for delivering HR data requirements for international countries and regions through both recurring and ad hoc requests.

The role requires strong operational expertise inWorkday and Cornerstone, as well as the ability to work with HR data and reporting requirements across different countries.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Produce accurate HR data extractions and reports to support bothrecurring and ad hoc business requirements.
  • Validate data consistency and quality before distributing reports, and identify and report any anomalies or inconsistencies.
  • Explain HR indicators, metrics, and reporting results to stakeholders, while clearly documenting assumptions, limitations, and other relevant information required for accurate interpretation.
  • Apply relevantlocal and legal requirements when preparing HR data and reporting deliverables.
  • Identify recurring reporting requirements and escalate opportunities forautomation, process improvement, or dashboard creation.
  • Occasionally contribute to the development ofsimple dashboards and reporting solutions based on business requirements.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:


  • Ability to produce reliable and accurateHR data extractions and reports using Workday and/or Cornerstone.
  • Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and data processing for data verification, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to validate data consistency, identify anomalies, and ensure data quality before report distribution.
  • Good understanding oflocal HR and legal regulations applicable to HR reporting and data management.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:


  • Good understanding ofHR KPIs and metrics and how they are used by operational HR teams.
  • Knowledge ofPower BI and the ability to contribute to the creation of simple dashboards.
  • Understanding ofHR data governance, confidentiality, data security, and data traceability principles.
  • Ability to identify recurring reporting requirements and recommend opportunities forautomation or technology-enabled solutions.
