International Chat Process

Key Responsibilities-

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions through chat.
• Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
• Ensure customer issues and complaints are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Identify and resolve routine customer issues by following established guidelines and processes.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns.
• Work effectively under pressure and within defined timelines.
• Follow instructions and guidelines for daily tasks and new assignments.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team.
• Be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in International Chat Process / Customer Support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
