Retail Banking focuses on providing banking services to individual across the globe and whosoever is permitted according to regulation to open accounts at IFSC. It will enable clients to maintain FCY based savings, current account, foreign currency term deposits and facilitates access to inbound and outbound wealth products, trading platforms and insurance permitted under regulations. 

About the Role 
Roles requires giving regular banking services to the clients, cross sell banking/third party products as per guidelines and compliance. Ensuring clients services requirements are adhered to along with all necessary compliance and risk checks. Bank’s key focus is to grow retail vertical at GIFT City and candidate is required to ensure growth in the SA book, TD book and Third Party AUM through fair practices.

Responsible for Routine operations, client servicing and cross selling  
•    Follow compliance requirements at all times  
•    Client banking services support  
•    Meet the department targets of SA book and TD book  
•    Cross sell wealth products and follow sales and compliance framework guidelines 
•    Regular reporting of business and review discussion with the reporting manager

Key Responsibilities 
•    Sales Targets – To be achieved
•    Products - The person would be responsible for product planning & marketing across the customer segments. 
•    Business Processes / Retail Operations - Documents Checking as per KYC policy, Coordination with CPU for account opening, Customer due diligence RAMP check, Customer due diligence hunter check.
•    Compliance - Ensure that necessary systems and process required to enable seamless Business = Manage interface for efficient functioning of HR, IT, Compliance, Risk and Operations
•    Customer Service and Control - Ensure Quality of customer service with stipulated TAT and ensure Business enhancement.

Qualifications 
•    For Manager/SM role : Masters with experience of 7+ years in retail banking and operations 

Role Proficiencies: 
•    Experience in retail banking and have good knowledge of MF, AIF & Insurance Regulations in India and Gift city.   
•    Experience in handling different asset class (Incl Alternative asset Classes) 
•    Ability to support product and system rollout, including system UAT and updating product guides. 
•    Support and Manage Daily production activities. 
•    Experience on extended services such as mid office.
