• Is highlyorganized and detail-oriented

• Works well with technicians and other departments
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Has a positive, team-first attitude
• Understands the importance of accurate estimates, repair orders, parts coordination, and timely communication
• Has automotive service experience preferred, but the right attitude and organizational skills matter just as much
