What you'll be doing:

Working closely withAlex Malanciou, theSenior Branch Manager, you'll:

• Lead daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Coach, support and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Resolve complex customer matters and strengthen customer relationships.
• Support financial performance, customer retention and business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with strata legislation and company procedures.

What we're looking for:

• Strong strata management experience and industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching or team management experience.
• Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to our PICA values.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on branch leadership experience, build new capabilities and broaden your career experience within PICA Group, while contributing to the business over a defined 12-month period.
