DURATION: 10-12 weeks
RATE RANGE: $100/hr.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Strategy Consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of our employee communications ecosystem and develop recommendations for the future of enterprise communications, with a particular focus on redesigning and modernizing our company-wide All Hands program. This engagement is intended to provide executive leadership with a data-driven assessment of current communication effectiveness, recommendations for future-state communications strategies, and a roadmap to support 2027 planning and investment decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess the effectiveness of the current employee communications ecosystem
- Evaluate the current All Hands strategy, format, platform, content approach, and production model
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, reach, and communications effectiveness
- Develop recommendations for enhancing/elevating communications with diverse employee populations, including:
- Office-based employees
- Manufacturing/hourly employees
- Remote employees
- People leaders/managers
- Deliver a future-state vision and roadmap for employee communications and All Hands events that can inform planning and budgeting decisions for 2027 and beyond.
- Engagement Length
- 10-12 week consulting engagement
- Late October start preferred
- Remote work acceptable
- Weekly status meetings with Internal Communications leadership required throughout the engagement

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
