Internal Communications & Enablement Specialist

Internally, this role is referred to asChannel Enablement Specialist.

As a Channel Enablement Specialist, you will partner with Product, Operations, Sales, Customer Support, and other key stakeholders to create communications, InfoPops, FAQs, and enablement resources that help frontline teams stay informed, prepared, and equipped to support customers successfully.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make an impact.

• Create and distribute communications, FAQs, InfoPops, job aids, scripts, and other enablement resources to support product launches, operational updates, business initiatives, and customer experience improvements.

• Work cross-functionally with sales and support leadership, product marketing and brand management to achieve top KPI’s. 

• Collect feedback and iterate quickly on delivered enablement assets and collateral.  

• Support initiatives that improve frontline readiness, operational effectiveness, customer experience, and adoption of new products, programs, and processes.
• Simultaneously support various projects, tests and other early state initiatives for multiple stakeholders.  

• Gather and share frontline feedback to help improve tools, communications, processes, and programs.

• Represent frontline perspectives by sharing feedback and insights with Product, Marketing, and Operational stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor and partner by providing guidance on enablement communications, frontline readiness, and information delivery strategies.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.  

• 3 or more years of sales or support experience in a high volume contact center environment. 

• Experience creating employee-facing communications, InfoPops, job aids, FAQs, scripts, knowledge articles, reference guides, battlecards, or other enablement resources.
• Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to gather information, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.   

• Project Management experience highly preferred.  

• Strong knowledge of MS tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  

• Strong knowledge of design & AI tools such as Canva, Piktochart, Claude, Gemini etc. 
• Excellent people and management skills; ability to inform and influence colleagues (particularly those in senior level roles), cross-functional teams, and third parties.  
• Extensive experience with designing, creating, and launching enablement programs and projects from the ground up.  

• Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

• Communicative: Strong relationship builder who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization and collaborates successfully with cross-functional teams.

• Desire to Lead and be a Leader:   Acts as a trusted advisor and influential partner, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and driving alignment across teams.
