- Conduct full-scope internal audits covering sales, channel management, rebate & discount settlement, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, operational expenses, and financial compliance for local German business.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control design and execution, identify control deficiencies, operational risks, fraud risks, and process loopholes.
- Draft formal audit reports, define risk grading, propose improvement solutions, and conduct full-cycle follow-up to ensure timely and effective closure of rectification items.
- Standardize daily business workflows, optimize authorization management, duty separation mechanisms, budget execution and business supervision procedures.
- Monitor daily operational compliance, prevent irregular business behaviors, and maintain standardized internal management systems.
- Support ad-hoc special audits, management reviews, and internal control self-assessment as required by local management and group policies.
- Assist in improving internal control frameworks to align with German company regulations and international manufacturing management best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Economics or related disciplines.
- Solid professional experience in enterprise internal audit and internal control, preferably in manufacturing or home appliance industry.
- Familiar with standard internal audit methodologies, risk assessment tools, and closed-loop rectification management.
- Good understanding of business logic in sales, channel operation, rebate management, procurement and inventory control.
- CPA, CIA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Fluent English for daily work communication; rigorous logic, strong data sensitivity, risk awareness and execution capability.
