About the role 

This internship focuses on Employer Branding, content creation, and storytelling, helping Redcare Pharmacy showcase its people, culture, and employee experience. You’ll support content production, events,onboarding,recruiting campaigns, and employer-brand projects while collaborating with international teams and contributing your own creative ideas.

About your tasks: 

• SupportEmployer Branding projects and daily activities.
• Create and editvideo, images, and written content.
• Help plan and organizeinternal and external employer branding events.
• Supportonboarding activities and create a welcoming experience for new employees.
• Manageemployer branding materials and event inventory.
• Assist withrecruitment marketing campaigns.
• Developcreative ideas to showcase company culture and employees.
• Collaborate withinternational and cross-functional teams on projects and content.

About you:

• You are currently studyingMarketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• You arecreative, curious, and hands-on, with an interest in Employer Branding and storytelling
• You are fluent inEnglish andGerman
• You enjoyworking with people and collaborating across teams and cultures.
• You arereliable, structured, and eager to gain practical experience in an international environment
