Client:
Anindustry-leading architectural engineering firm headquartered in New York City with nationwide reach. Main expertise is the design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection building systems. Accountability and transparency are embedded throughout all departments ensuring engineering excellence matched by operational clarity.
Description:
Currently searching for a MEP Project Manager to join this growing MEP firm. The ideal candidate comes with the skills and knowledge to independently manage MEP engineering teams for retail, workplace, and hospitality projects.
HYBRID SCHEDULE (3 days in office; 2 at home)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Project Manager on assigned projects and programs.
- Represent the firm in meetings and project engagements, both in-person and via telecommunication.
- Generate professional service agreements and similar contractual documents.
- Oversee project financial performance and regulatory compliance,
- 5 - 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager at engineering consultancies.
- Existing knowledge of MEP engineering design.
- Experience in communication with architects, owners, and project consultants.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- PE license desired; or at least on the road to obtaining a license.
- Ambition for career advancement.
BSME degree required.
