Pay Range: $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Performs and facilitates research and testing, provide overall project leadership to ensure interfaces conform to the Client HL7 standards.
  • Responsible for multiple implementations or conversion projects.
  • Participates in information gathering for interface requirements.
  • Educates and directly interacts with stakeholders to help them understand the benefits and limitations of their specific EMR/LIS-Interface during implementation.
  • Provides direct interaction with client and client’s vendor
  • Designs and oversees interface implementation project plan.
  • Responsible for providing project status updates.
  • Will provide communications such as go-live notices, support documentation and operational checklists to our internal organization relative to any new or change to existing client interface. 
  • Implementation of communication scripts and protocols to include dialup, VPN and frame and web services. 
  • Provides 3rd tier support (as defined in the Support SOP) to EMR/LIS-Interface related problems.
  • Provides post implementation support
  • Responsible for escalating implementation and support issues to appropriate persons or groups for resolution.
  • Coordinate user-group sessions with EMR/LIS-Interfaced clients and internal staff to provide a forum for exchange of ideas to improve the overall delivery of our services.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Must have:-Cloverleaf Integration Engine: Hands-on operational experience with Cloverleaf is strictly required.
  • HL7 Implementation: Comprehensive proficiency building, data mapping, and troubleshooting Health Level 7 messaging formats to secure seamless system interoperability.
  • EMR & LIS Architecture: A definitive understanding of how Electronic Medical Record platforms and Laboratory Information Systems process and receive data transactions.
  • Interface Project Lifecycle: Documented history managing integration files through the full de
  • HL7 (Health Level 7) implementation experience required
  • EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and LIS (Lab Information System) software experience required
  • Interface project implementation experience required
  • Interface project testing experience preferred/helpful
  • Interface project go-live experience required
