Interested in an Internship

Interested in an Internship with us?

If you are a college student passionate about communications, marketing, public relations, or agribusiness, Midwest Dairy’s summer internships are your chance to dive into the delicious world of dairy—and make a real impact. You will gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry pros, and contribute to meaningful projects that connect consumers with the farmers behind their favorite dairy products.

At Midwest Dairy, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about collaboration, creativity, and community. You’ll learn from mentors, build your network, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how dairy demand is built across a 10-state region. We are a strengths-based, people-centered organization that values innovation, flexibility, and fun. Interns get to experience this culture firsthand, with opportunities to grow professionally and personally.

Internship applications are currently closed, but please submit your interest for our 2027 internships and be among the first to hear when they are live!
