About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Intercompany Cost Analyst to join the Cost Management team within the General Accounting Center of Excellence (EMEA). Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, this role ensures accurate accounting and reporting of all intercompany transactions across European distribution entities, supporting transfer pricing compliance and maintaining financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze Purchase Price Variance (PPV) trends and present insightful metrics during review meetings.
  • Supervise monthly reconciliations between inventory management systems and SAP financial accounting; investigate discrepancies with team support.
  • Assist local controllers with transfer pricing documentation for European and US tax authorities.
  • Execute and monitor SOX controls to ensure financial compliance and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate annual budget cost updates with Plant Controllers.
  • Maintain daily standard cost updates and manage transfer pricing rules in relevant systems.
  • Work closely with external and internal auditors to support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Ensure integrity of business processes and advocate ethical practices.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or cost management, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret PPV trends and key financial metrics.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control processes.
  • Effective in managing multiple priorities and coordinating complex tasks.
