Up to 65% travel and some travel to Canada and the UK.
Recent M365 Migration Engineering experience required.
- 10+ years' experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows Server, and AD/Entra ID
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Ability to work with a distributed team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely at multiple levels between business and IT staff
- Experience working with Vendors to update Email preferences.
- Experience with virtualization
- Understanding of monitoring systems
- Experience with Backup and Replication systems
- Need to be comfortable running PowerShell commands to extract data out of Exchange
- M365 Migration and troubleshooting experience.
- Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
- End-user training and documentation experience
- Strong M365 Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, OneNote)
- Experience with Migration tools like AvePoint, Bit Titan, etc.
- Knowledge of migrating and validating SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams from one tenant to another.
