Job Description: Integration Project Management

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end management of application development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders—to define project requirements and deliverables.

· Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven features and enhancements into application design and functionality.

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

· Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively mitigating challenges and communicating solutions.

· Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

· Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

· Facilitate effective communication across teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices in AI integration.

· Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to support application development.

· Mentor and train team members on AI concepts and their application in projects.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

· Proven experience (5+ years) managing software/application development projects.

· Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.

· Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI).

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired AI Skills and Competencies
  • · Hands-on experience with AI model development, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
  • · Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
  • · Understanding of data management, data analytics, and ethical considerations in AI.
  • · Experience working with APIs, cloud-based AI services, and integrating AI components into applications.
  • · Knowledge of AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • · Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
