Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RAN Integration & Solution Engineer with strong expertise in 4G/5G RAN integration, network design, scripting, automation, and end-to-end delivery.
The engineer will analyze customer requirements, develop E2E solutions, and support the integration of Client and Nokia RAN technologies, including Cloud RAN and Open RAN. This role will collaborate closely with customers, technical teams, and onshore/offshore delivery organizations.
 
Key Responsibilities
Define and develop RAN integration solutions and automation initiatives.
Analyze customer technology, business requirements, and project risks.
Lead E2E network design, scripting, integration, testing, and site delivery.
Develop technical presentations, proposals, and customer-facing documentation.
Support 4G, 5G, Cloud RAN, and Open RAN deployments.
Work with Client and Nokia RAN/ENM/OSS products and solutions.
Lead Agile activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Manage tool/product backlogs and prioritize automation enhancements.
Troubleshoot complex configurations and integration issues.
Conduct audits, call testing, and E2E site delivery activities.
Prepare and present Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to customers.
Support HW/feature trials, GS/FGA alignment, and deployment standards.
Support NPI FOA/FFA trials and ensure script readiness for HW/SW GA.
Develop and maintain automation tools and solutions.
Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to engineering teams.
Identify opportunities to reduce Level of Effort (LoE) and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D teams to provide feedback on products and tools.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
 
Technical Requirements
Extensive knowledge of Client and Nokia RAN and ENM products.
Strong experience with RFDS, RNDCIQ, RAN design parameters, and automation solutions.
Hands-on experience with RAN integration and scripting.
Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G technologies.
Experience with Client and Nokia OSS/ENM environments.
Strong Python and/or Java coding skills.
Experience developing and supporting automation tools.
Ability to analyze and visualize data using Power BI or Tableau.
Strong troubleshooting and abnormal-case resolution skills.
Experience with technical documentation, analysis, and project studies.
 
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in RAN Build Projects.
5+ years of experience leading E2E Network Design, Scripting, and Integration in a technical or senior consultative role.
Demonstrated experience with Client and Nokia RAN equipment.
Strong customer-facing consulting and solution-development experience.

Additional Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for internal tools and automation solutions such as NMT, SRS, and R-EESI.
Handle ATT Quad 1 & 2 responsibilities.
Follow up on customer inputs and design-related issues.
Support SDUs and help bridge technical competency gaps.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide tool support.
Ensure automation tools meet required success-rate and First-Time-Right (FTR) targets.
Support HW/SW GA readiness and deployment activities.
