Integration DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Integration Engineer with several years of experience to lead the automation and integration of cloud-based systems across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments. This role is ideal for a proactive technologist who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and integration solutions. You will work with cutting-edge tools like webMethods, Kafka, and CI/CD, while driving innovation in cloud deployments and observability.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or OpenShift.
• Develop and manage cloud-based integrations across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE).
• Integrate systems using webMethods and Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
• Deploy and monitor scalable services using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and security to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and deployment issues across environments.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Integration Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • webMethods and Kafka for integration and messaging.
  • GitLab CI/CD and OpenShift for pipeline and container orchestration.
  • Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code tools, especially Terraform.
  • Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE).
  • Monitoring & Observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, AppDynamics.
  • Scripting languages: Bash, Python, PowerShell.
  • Linux system administration.
