Position Overview

Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program focused on building a new cloud-native Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capabilities and client business in waves.

The Integration Architect will be responsible for designing end-to-end integration solutions, translating business requirements into technology solutions, and leading integration strategy across multiple teams and workstreams.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in each of the required skill areas
  • Prior Healthcare industry experience required
  • Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience required
  • Integration Architecture
  • Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions
  • Integration Architecture Security
  • Data Architecture Principles
  • Legacy Modernization
  • Integration Architecture Estimating
  • Experience designing end-to-end integration solutions
  • Experience defining integration requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions
  • Experience mapping business processes to supporting applications
  • Experience defining data entities and integration patterns
  • Experience selecting integration technology components
  • Strong stakeholder and client-facing experience
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key architecture decisions
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Drive client discussions to define integration requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Map business processes to supporting applications.
  • Define data entities, integration patterns, and technology components.
  • Develop and refine integration strategies aligned with business objectives and technology standards.
  • Ensure integration solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners.
  • Lead architecture decisions and support overall integration strategy.
