Title:Intake Navigator III
Location:Bronx, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type:Contract - Mon-Fri 08:30am-05:30pm
Compensation:
Pay Range: $30.00-$35.00 Per HR
Description:
• This position involves overseeing eligibility and entitlement for Medicare and Medicaid prospects and participants.
• The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure enrollment processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• The candidate should have experience in similar settings and be familiar with relevant technologies for managing participant data.
Requirements:
• Experience with Nursing Home, Medicaid, Medicare, MLTC, MAP, D-SNP, and/or PACE long-term care products.
• Knowledge of community-based long-term care services.
• Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid eligibility for dual eligible and frail adult population.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements related to healthcare eligibility.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in social services or a related government agency.
• Experience with resolving Medicare and Medicaid eligibility issues.
