• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New York and in good standing.
• 3–8 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on insurance defense and general liability.
• Experience handling personal injury, premises liability, bodily injury, or other general liability claims preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing litigation files from inception through resolution.

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters, primarily involving general liability claims.
• Represent clients in matters involving premises liability, personal injury, property damage, and other general liability disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, participate in court appearances, and assist with hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Evaluate liability, damages, exposure, and potential litigation strategies.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, claims professionals, clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
• Manage discovery, case deadlines, and litigation budgets efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys to develop effective case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
