Responsibilities:
- Conduct depositions and attend court conferences and motion practice.
- Serve as trial and/or appellate attorney in matters of significant exposure and complexity.
- Work independently to make decisions in file handling, maintaining open communication with the Legal Management Team.
- Utilize paperless environments and excel in video conferencing, proficient in computer legal case management systems.
- Meet minimum billing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum four years of relevant litigation and trial experience, including liability and damages verdicts.
- Fully licensed to practice law in New York State and admitted to Federal Court in the Eastern and Southern District.
Additional Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to work within established systems while seeking continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with computer software including Windows Operating System, MS Word, MS Teams, MS Outlook, and adaptability to new programs.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.

- Hybrid work schedule: Monday to Friday.
Experience:
- 4 years of experience as an attorney (required).
License/Certification:
- Fully licensed to practice law in New York State (required).
