- Responsible for accurate insurance and accounts receivable data entry in the electronic medical record and billing systems to support reimbursement for community behavioral health services.
- Enter and process first and third-party payments; reconcile posted payments and deposits.
- Work insurance denials, rejections, collections, and appeals; document follow-up and resolution.
- Review Central Receiving Facility (CRF) admissions insurance and financial information weekly and assist individuals served with payment questions and options.
- Collaborate with Billing Manager and Finance Department to resolve account discrepancies and improve revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years' experience in insurance billing, payment entry, and accounting procedures.
- Understanding of Medicaid regulations.
- Ability to pass a level II background screening and drug test.
- Dependable transportation.
