- Pressure gauges
- Encoders
Electrical:
- VFD’s
- Motor Relays
- Exp. With complex circuits
- Process of megging a motor
- Strong Exp. with Voltmeters
- 24v/120v/230v/480v troubleshooting
General:
- Organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:Â
- Plan and estimate labor, material, and service resources per the established Planning ProcessÂ
- Generate accurate and complete planning packages Â
- Constructively resolve priority, scope, job step, and resource requirement issues in partnership with Operations and Maintenance resources during the planning stageÂ
- Team with schedulers to develop scheduler skills and understand how planning affects schedulingÂ
- Critique and adjust plans/task list for completed jobs based on information returned from work execution crafts and supervision as well as seek feedback from the work execution teamÂ
- Notify the Master Equipment Data Owner of any equipment changes or BOM changesÂ
- Assist with work order/notification closures and documentation as requiredÂ
- Provide weekly communication to assigned Area Operations and Maintenance personnel pertaining to planning progress of assigned workÂ
- Provide input and support for turnaround planning when requestedÂ

Qualifications & Skills for Success:Â
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a planner in the petrochemical industry (preferred)Â
- Ability to understand field changes and red-line drawingsÂ
- Ability to coordinate the work activities and schedules of multi-craft field work crewsÂ
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookÂ
- Familiar with MOC process and PSSR (pre-startup safety reviews) processÂ
- Basic safety training and/or site-specific trainingÂ
