Pay:$53.00 - $63.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Description:
The manager is looking for:
- Instructional design support for learning content development, support documenting target learning outcomes and tracking leading program effectiveness, management of learning content repository, development of cross modality learning pathways, management of learning content and materials, development of a comprehensive playbook
Requirements & qualifications:
- Mindset: Rigorous, Detail oriented
- Training: Familiarity with organizational design and organizational development if possible
- Attributes: AI Fluency but also instructional design training, Good at building visually appealing content, Skilled in learning program design and learning program evaluation
MUST HAVE:
- Instructional design skills, learning content development, learning program evaluation methods, strong skills in PPT and copilot
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience minimum
