We are seeking an Instructional Designer Jr. to design, develop, maintain, and revise learning solutions that support Claims employees across Auto, Property, Injury, and Care Center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and revise learning solutions for Claims employees.
- Create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced digital learning experiences.
- Develop simulations, scenario-based learning, performance support materials, and interactive training content.
- Manage curriculum revisions from intake through publishing.
- Ensure work is completed according to Service Level Objectives (SLOs), business needs, and organizational priorities.
- Develop highly technical claims training and standalone digital learning content.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Instructional Design strategies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience collaborating with SMEs.
- Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and ask questions when clarification is needed.

- Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Adobe Creative Suite products including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Project Management Software (JWM preferred)
- Experience creating technical training content.
- Experience developing simulations and multimedia-based learning.
- Claims, insurance, or financial services training experience.
