Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week | 5 Days/Week | 7.5 Hours/Day | Full Time | Hybrid
Pay Rate: $35/hr.

Requirements

Required Experience

• Experience withinstructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience creatinginteractive eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Experience with content authoring tools such asArticulate Storyline, Snagit, Captivate, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and/or Camtasia.
• Ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling learning content.
• Experience incorporating multiple media elements such as audio, video, animation, simulation, graphics, and/or gamification.
• Ability to collaborate with people across functional areas and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and define efficient processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and actively contribute to team conversations.

Preferred Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a consulting environment.

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Organizational Development, or Psychology.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials includingguides, job aids, presentations, videos, eLearning modules, and other digital content.
• Translate performance gaps and business needs into learning requirements and measurable learning objectives.
• Select appropriate instructional strategies for specialized audiences.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design techniques to create interactive and blended learning solutions.
• Conduct QA and maintain templates, governance standards, learning materials, and shared team resources.
• Upload and maintain training materials in team repositories and the LMS.
• Support technology training initiatives includingERP Launch and Post-Live support, ServiceNow, Magic Orange, MSK Time, AI Literacy, and AI Lifecycle Management.
• Facilitate live training sessions and provide hands-on learner support.
• Partner with SMEs and project/product teams to support go-live and post-go-live readiness.
• Develop training resources that support organizational change, user readiness, adoption, and new workflows.
• Work independently against defined objectives while contributing to technical and team discussions.
