Key Responsibilities:
• Translate Complexity: Convert technical software specifications into easy-to-understand, role-based learning paths.
• Content Creation: Design and develop diverse assets, including interactive e-learning modules, "quick-start" guides, and short-form video tutorials.
• Workflow Integration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training reflects real-world business processes.
• Agile Iteration: Quickly update materials based on user feedback and software patches during the rollout phases.
