4) Understanding of video formats, compression, export settings
5) Ability to blend instructional content into engaging visual sequences
Instructional Designer
Story boarding & Scripting
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Creation of infographics, icons, diagrams, layouts
Visual identity & brand aligned design
UI/UX sense for course graphics or screen visuals
Understanding typography, colour theory, composition
Ability to create graphics optimized for video and LMS
