Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives.
- Ability to lead teams through organizational changes.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process/programming improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to streamline inspection processes, equipment, and workholding techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMs and automated inspection equipment.
- Experience with Zeiss CMM is preferred.
- Must have access eligibility for U.S. export-controlled information.
- Lead a team of inspection programmers.
- Serve as part of the manufacturing quality leadership team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while demonstrating company values.
- Manage daily tactical activities while driving long-term continuous improvement.
- Standardize programming techniques and inspection tools to reduce programming time.
- Resolve quality, safety, delivery, and cost-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with systems and procedures in inspection programming.
- Coordinate support services to enable efficient operations.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, quality focus, customer orientation, and safety.
- Anticipate and proactively address future inspection challenges.
- Deliver timely and accurate updates, reports, and communication.
- Support shop floor changes and product transition projects.
