Job Description:

The Inside Sales position provides support to outside sales representatives and maintains current customer accounts. Inside sales representatives identify a customer's specific needs and recommend the best total solution for that customer.This Sales position builds and maintains long-term business relationships with customers. Our Sales representatives work with all departments within Gas and Supply, making them a crucial part of our company. 

Job Duties:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Create customer quotes and process customer orders.
• Create and maintain solid, long-term business relationships with customers.
• Ability to identify client needs and find solutions.
• Efficient and effective problem solving skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately against deadlines.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Inside sales experience with industrial or welding supply distributorship preferred.
• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of personal computers and associated business software. 
• Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, safety supplies and equipment, and       industrial equipment.
• Must pass drug test.
• Must pass background check.
