Inside Sales Parts Associate - OQA

Job Description

The Inside Sales Parts Associate is responsible for selling and promoting parts and related products to customers primarily through phone, email, and other remote channels. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing accurate product information to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.

Job Duties

• Answer Service and Parts calls for OilQuick quick couplers
• Provide a professional and courteous environment for all customers
• Multitask and prioritize duties to meet all customer needs in a timely manner
• Enter and process customer orders with ERP system
• Process RMAs including scheduling returns and working with Vendor Return Specialist
• Coordinate between departments to effectively communicate customer needs 
• Provide real time support to Field Service Team
• Assist other departments as necessary for staff coverage
• Maintain pricing margins for all OilQuick parts
• Provide recommendations of safety stock on service parts to purchasing department. 
• Maintain Warranty Registration Database
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Maintain a strong work ethic and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with manufacturing software, Syteline or similar
• Perform duties with great attention to detail
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and mechanical components preferred
• Ability to work in a team dynamic as well as individually
