Inside Sales Associate

Location: Wayne County, NY — 100% on-site
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Our client, a manufacturer located in Wayne County, is seeking an organized, detail-orientedInside Sales Associate to support sales and customer service operations. This role involves preparing quotes, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

• Process customer orders accurately, verifying pricing, order details, and required documentation.

• Maintain customer information and sales data in the ERP system and related databases.

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries, helping resolve questions promptly.

• Organize and maintain quotes, purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and other sales records.

• Coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering, and other departments to support customer requests and order fulfillment.

• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in business administration is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems or customer databases is helpful.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Previous experience in sales operations, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
