In addition, the Inside Sales Coordinator serves as a key liaison between independent sales agencies and Tnemec Corporate, connecting agency personnel with marketing resources, sales support, technical expertise, and other corporate resources that help advance opportunities and address specific market needs.

This role offers flexibility in position level, with Coordinator or Manager designation based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.

  • Manage and fulfill landing page form submissions for sample packets, literature, and facility consultations, coordinating with associated agencies to ensure timely follow-up and customer support.
  • Support AIA continuing education initiatives by reporting credits for agency presentations and corporate webinars, managing attendee records in the CRM, enrolling participants in relevant email nurture campaigns, and generating and distributing completion certificates.

  • Serve as an administrator for Tnemec's project tracking platform, supporting representatives and office staff through user management, search optimization, and project tracking assistance.
  • Coordinate with Marketing personnel and Sales Directors to develop project reference lists highlighting relevant past projects and Tnemec product applications for use as sales support tools.
  • Support project-specific sales activities as needed with specifications, product certifications, product performance comparisons, case histories, and system sell sheets.
