About the Role

Do you love the idea of blendingtechnology,teaching, andmentorship into one meaningful career?

As anInnovation & Academic Fellow, you’ll work closely withBCA students from underserved communities, helping them grow academically, build projects, discover their potential and become placement-ready — all while living and working on a sereneresidential campus in the hills of Himachal Pradesh.

This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone early in their career who wants an experience that's both purposeful and genuinely different.

Eligibility

• Qualification Required :M.Tech
• Also eligible Master's degreeComputer Science or a closely related field with UGC NET clear.
• Strong technical foundation (coding, systems, or applied research)
• Has genuine interest in building projects, solving problems using tech.
• A genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving
• Empathy and patience to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Comfortable with a residential, on-campus lifestyle

What You'll Do

🎓 Facilitate Learning Support students in advanced subjects, research work, and hands-on projects.

🧭 Mentor & Guide Be a trusted mentor for students' academic growth and career direction.

💡 Drive Innovation Collaborate with faculty on applied projects that tackle real-world problems.

🤝 Build Community Help foster a culture of learning, empathy, and peer support on campus.

🌉 Lead & Bridge Act as a connector between students, faculty, and university administration.
