What you'll be doing

If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with small parts, consider a career with us as a permanent full-timeProduction Assembly Specialist. With a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, you will support both production execution and in-process verification activities to ensure our products are built safely, consistently, and to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with an established production team to build acoustic telemetry products and support in-process production checks.
• Assemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts while identifying and containing abnormalities.
• Work under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail, to verify critical assembly requirements.
• Learn build processes for multiple products and stations and support adherence to standard work.
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects by providing observations and process feedback.
• Perform designated in-process inspections and checks to ensure production standards, quality requirements, and safety expectations are maintained at every step.
• Maintain accurate production records and an organized workspace.
• Operate within standard operating procedures, document nonconformances, and escalate process or product concerns to the appropriate subject matter experts.
• All required training is provided.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment   
• Experience in electronic manufacturing or electronic design
