Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedInitiative Lead to lead strategic business and technology transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience inenterprise modernization, process improvement, Agile delivery, portfolio governance, financial planning, vendor management, and AI-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic business and technology transformation initiatives.

• Driveenterprise modernization, process improvement, and AI-enabled capabilities.

• Establish and manage strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

• Overseeportfolio governance, financial planning, budget, and spend management.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective delivery across engagements.

• UtilizeAgile methodology to drive program execution and continuous improvement.

• Partner with business and technical leaders to define success metrics and KPIs.

• Trackvalue realization, business outcomes, and ROI.

• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate program and delivery risks.

• Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers and delivery teams.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical delivery issues.

• Balance innovation initiatives with operational stability and business priorities.

• Drive accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and high-quality execution across all workstreams.
